After Hours Support



After Hours Support refers to the availability of Canon to provide service to the University of Miami outside the normal business hours of operation. Normal business hours of operation mean 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, on University business days excluding public holidays. After Hours Support extends the hours of operation from 8am to 12am (midnight), Monday through Sunday, on University business days excluding public holidays.

UPRINT
After hours support for UPrint is available for system-wide problems only (i.e. service or network failure), not for specific machine issues. Please email the uprint-support@listserv.miami.edu. This listserv will alert Canon, UMIT, and other lab managers.
